Anatomy according to Sam

Sam is recovering from a pretty bad sunburn, and so his skin has started to peel off. When he noticed this, apparently he had this conversation with Zannah (Grandma):

Sam: Ohno, my skin is coming off!
Zannah: Oh, don't worry Sam, it's okay.
Sam: No it's not! because if my skin comes off then my insides will fall out!

And how can you argue with logic like that?
